Order Information

We welcome orders from all over the world. For all foreign orders, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Money Orders drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. funds only (personal or company checks are accepted thru Paypal). Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We only ship to the address listed on the order and will not make changes after the order is placed.

Credit card payments are verified thru a 3rd party security service. The following must match. Billing address, CVV code, Zip Code. If this information does not match your purchase will be declined. We may also, on ocassion, contact you by telephone to verify the credit card purchase.

We do not ship 3rd party addresses, motels, hotels, UPS stores or freight forwarders. Your shipping address must match the address the credit card is registered to. 

Orders delvered and not received.: USPS and UPS now have GPS technology to determine where a package was delivered. One a packeage has been scanned as delivered it is the buyers responsibility to contact their local carrier office for further information. USPS has a tendency to pre-scan packages as delivered and are usually delivered the next day.

Returns

  • Items may be returned in "as-we-shipped" (unused) condition within 30 days of receipt. No returns accepted for repair kits, rubber belts, idler tires or pinch roller tires. We guarantee all rubber parts sold are new and not mis-handled by end users. If the item ordered is defective please contact us. All products shipped are carefully inspected and properly packaged for shipment. 
  • We do not charge a re-stocking fee. .
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except under warranty (see below.)
  • Please contact us for a return authorization number.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. No refund for original shipping charges. No returns accepted for repair kits, rubber belts, idler tires or pinch roller tires. We guarantee all rubber parts sold are new and not mis-handled by end users. If the item ordered is defective or a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the defective item. 

If you would like to return a product, the fastest way is to email your request to sales@needleguy.com along with your invoice number or web confirmation number. We will then email you a RMA number along with the address to send your return. Please do not send your product back until you get an RMA.

  • In case of any problem, please email us within 30 days. WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!
